when we receive your order. Please
allow two to three weeks for delivery
(add a couple more weeks for the Vintage
Collection). If quicker turnaround

our specialties is designing custom

We are also known for creating pieces

| Our
necklaces vary in length but are typically
16 inches, adjustable to 18 inches.
Our Cristalli Fortunati bracelets
are 7 inches, adjustable to 8 inches.
Since we do custom make our jewelry,
feel free to email or call us if you
would prefer a longer necklace or
bracelet. |

| PACKAGING |
| Standard
packaging for our jewelry is a velvet
pouch inside a glossy black box with
our gold foil logo on top. We then
wrap a black organza ribbon around
it. Our Cristalli Fortunati bracelets
are packaged inside a hinged black
box with gold border and our gold
foil logo. It is then placed inside
an outer white box, which is wrapped
with black organza ribbon. For our
Vintage and Diamond Collections we
package them in a luxurious, beautiful
black velvet-lined hinged box with
our foil logo, which is then placed
inside a white outer box and wrapped
in black organza ribbon. Please advice
us if your order is a gift and we
will include a gift bag, a gift card
and wrap the outer white boxes in
matte gold and finish it with black
organza ribbon. |

offer FREE shipping and full insurance
on all orders within the United States
over $200. All other orders are subject
to a shipping, handling & insurance
fee of $12.00 (within the United States)
and will ship UPS ground. UPS Next
Day Air is available for $30 upon
request. Please note: UPS deliveries
cannot be made to PO Boxes. Purchases
over $1,000 may be subject to special
insurance & handling fees.

you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, you may make an exchange
or receive a store credit for your
purchase within 14 days of receipt.
Since our jewelry is made when we
receive the order, we do not issue

Shipping: |
Before
returning an item for credit or exchange,
you must call or email and receive
an Exchange or Credit Authorization
Number.
Bella Gemma will not accept the return
of damaged, tangled or worn merchandise.
Any returned item needs to be in its
original condition. It must also be
carefully packed in the original packaging
and safely shipped back to us INSURED
via UPS or insured registered mail.
Please use a hard box or case to insure
that the jewelry is not damaged.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

| JEWELRY
CARE |
Please
handle ALL handmade jewelry gently.
Never crush, tug or drop in a tangle.
Necklaces: To avoid tangles, as
soon as you take your necklace off
(never tug or yank chain), hang
it or store half of it in a closed
bag and then place the entire necklace
in a larger bag, pouch or box.
Earrings: Hoops should never be
pinched or bent to avoid misshaping
them.
Never crush hoops between your ear
and a telephone. Store earrings
in their original packaging or on
an earring stand whenever possible
to avoid tangles or bending. Please
be sure to remove your jewelry before
swimming in fresh, chlorinated or
salt water. Some gemstones are highly
sensitive and even precious metals
can oxidize. |

| REPAIRS |
| Pieces
in need of repair within 6 months
(based on normal usage), will be repaired
at no charge. Tangled chains and other
forms of damage can be repaired for
a a materials & labor fee. |
